Reach New Heights with Indoor Rock Climbing
Experience the "Great Indoors" this winter
Get inspired to reach new heights by visiting a local indoor rock climbing facility. Bring the family and challenge your mind and body as you anticipate your next move. Most facilities have instructors who are trained to work with beginning to advanced climbers with programs for all ages, even kids!
Indoor climbing is a great alternative to an outdoor workout while the weather isn’t quite so cooperative. But don’t worry, the trainers will often organize outdoor events throughout the year for all levels, once you have completed part of your initial training. This training consists of safety & climbing techniques, proper apparel, choosing equipment, working as a team, rappelling, belaying and more.
There are several indoor rock climbing and bouldering facilities to choose from nearby. Your Town Monthly has found a few facilities to help get you started and on your way to the top.
