VACAVILLE, CA – By now, most of us have heard about the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet and here at Gourmet Exprezz you’ll not only get truly authentic Mediterranean cuisine, but some of the most tasty and healthy dishes conceivable. Whether it’s appetizers, entrées, sides or desserts, you’ll be assured a fantastic meal from start to finish.

Gourmet Exprezz was established in 2007 so they’re very excited to be celebrating their 10th anniversary this year. Their hard-working staff is dedicated to bringing the freshest and highest quality ingredients to their guests and making them feel welcome, comfortable and satisfied.

Their menu includes Gyros (lamb, beef, chicken, eggplant, zucchini and falafel), Main Dish Salads, Fire-grilled Kabobs (lamb, beef, chicken and vegetarian), and hot plates that include meat of your choice (or eggplant) topped with tomato salad, tzatziki, garlic dip and onions served alongside rice with a garden salad and pita bread. On Wednesday and Friday only they also feature a falafel plate with hummus, kalamati olives, pickles, tomato salad, tzatziki sauce and two pitas.

Sides include garlic spread, hummus and tzatziki (each with two pitas), spanakopita (my personal favorite), dolmathes and pita bread. They also accommodate special dietary requirements offering vegan, carb-free or gluten-free choices.

They offer a unique and refreshing hot sweet sage tea, bottled drinks and, of course, baklava for dessert.

Specializing in catering for all occasions, they’re open daily at 1490 Alamo Drive, Ste. G in Vacaville. Call (707) 455-8681 or visit gourmetexprezz.com.
