Howl-O-Ween Family Fun Raffle

A Winters Police Department Canine Program Benefit

WINTERS – Tickets are available for the Howl-O-Ween Family Fun Raffle benefitting the Winters Police Department Canine Program. Funds and donations from the raffle will be used to purchase equipment such as a vehicle, a K9 vehicle kit, leashes, collars, grooming tools and more. They will also use the proceeds for ongoing maintenance such as vaccinations and dog food.

The raffle drawing will take place on October 25th and you do not need to be present to win. There will be two winning families who will take home either a “Trick” or “Treat” family prize pack filled with fun Halloween items.

Tickets are 1 for $5 or 3 for $10 and may be purchased in person or by mail at the Winters Police Department located at 702 Main Street Winters, CA 95694. If you mail, please make envelope attn: Canine Program). Winters checks can be made out to the Winters PD Canine Program. For your deductions,  you can use the Winters K9 Fund City Tax ID #946000457.
