Most facilities have instructors who are trained to work with beginning to advanced climbers with programs for all ages, even kids!

Indoor climbing is a great alternative to an outdoor workout while the weather isn’t quite so cooperative. But don’t worry, the trainers will often organize outdoor events throughout the year for all levels, once you have completed part of your initial training. This training consists of safety & climbing techniques, proper apparel, choosing equipment, working as a team, rappelling, belaying and more.
