Bondolio will host their annual holiday event at their farm in Winters on Sunday, December 8, 2024, 10am – 4pm.
WINTERS – Welcome this year’s fresh harvest of olive oil from the November harvest! Taste the organic Sicilian Estate Blend oil and enjoy made-to-order pizza from the wood-fired oven. Back by popular demand, honey tasting from Woodland’s “The Hive.” Visit the holiday shop, where you’ll find culinary gifts and delightful concoctions from Italy, Spain, and France and Chef Viola Buitoni will be signing her cookbook, Italy by Ingredient: Artisanal Foods, Modern Recipes. Proceeds of the event benefit Angel Flight West and will be held rain or shine.
