LIVERMORE – Picture this: a parking lot full of decorated vehicles bursting with treats – it’s like Halloween on wheels! Don your best costume (yes, parents, that means you too) and bring your little ghouls and goblins for a night of candy, food and fun. This annual event is a unique opportunity for local government to collaborate and provide a safe environment for all participants. Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
